When you stay at Motel Yarrawonga, you will notice some changes.

These have been implemented to keep you safe, in line with the Victorian State Government’s

Accommodation Industry Guidelines for coronavirus (COVID-19).
Density and distancing within the establishment will be closely regulated.

New hygiene protocols are now practiced by our staff and sanitation stations are now accessible

to all guests upon arrival and during their stay.  You will also notice more frequent cleaning and

sanitising of surfaces and frequent touch points.

In addition to this, the name and mobile number of each guest will be required

and held for a period of 28 days, to assist with contact tracing if required.

Please note that guests and team members showing signs of illness will

not be allowed to enter the premises.

We are working hard behind the scenes to keep you safe.
New processes and more frequent schedules for cleaning and sanitising throughout the motel have been implemented.  Our motel manager has completed the Australian Government Department of Health - Infection Control Training – COVID-19.  Our team members are monitored daily through

temperature and health checks and all staff have downloaded the

COVIDSafe App to assist with contact tracing.

Please help us keep you and fellow guests safe during your stay.
Please follow the advice of authorities and stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Please sanitise your hands upon entering the property and we have also installed hand

sanitiser dispensers in each of our guest rooms for your convenience.

Please maintain a distance of 1.5 meters between you and other guests at all times.

If you have any queries or concerns about our COVID-19 processes, please contact us at motelyarrawonga@outlook.com
We look forward to seeing you soon.
